Hi everyone I want to know that which is the best better seo stuff- press release submission or article submission

I like Press Release the most.Because in general press release gets fast approval compare to Article submission.

Press release can sometimes get you into Google News which sometimes get into main Google search engine results as well!

As per my experience article submission is better than press release. The reason for that is article submission gives quality back links and more traffic than press release.

Well for me, Both are important technique that you must apply. It will be best if you will do both of these.

Article submission and press submission both have different perspective as SEO point of view. Article submission we do for mostly to get quality back links whereas in press release we get back-links but it's temporary i.e the link will be deleted after the news been discard.

Article writing and article submission is really one of the best strategies of link building in getting quality links and generating traffic. Ezine article site is one of my favorite.

Through press release you get the temporary back links. But  in article submission you get the permanent backlinks. So article submission is more better than press release.

For most article marketing would be better. 99% of those releases do not get the traffic that could no longer news worthy. The media do not really care about another new blog / website online. If your ad for the next Twitter or Facebook, it would be a different story.

like your answer robertwells and agreed with you. PR sometimes only give visits and i dont think its also that much good. While by Article submission u can get backlink which will help you to increase your keyword position as well give visits sometimes.

I always prefer to do article submission.But before doing article submission your article content must be unique and well written.So that google can crawl it easily.

Actually both works in different aspects of increasing PR of your site but yes if I have to choose anyone of them I would go for article submission as its good for long time traffic for the site....
