I am doing daily 30 directory, 30 article, 30 blog commenting, 30 forum posting and 30 social bookmarking, would like to know will this strategy increases by keyword ranking? please let me know if there is any other better than this?

Certainly,those link building techniques would help you.But make sure,it should have high page rank sites.

What you are doing is low quality link building which will not help you much (although social bookamarking does help to an extent). Here's how you can do link building effectively:

-Guest post on niche related dofollow blogs
-Submit RSS feed to feed directories
-Create link baits

I think you are good in this submission, but more essential that your submission sites have high pr ranking and good impression in search engines. This will be more useful to increase your keyword ranking in search engine. You can do blog creation or blog posting; it is also good activity to boost your keywords up in SE. Go with quality submission not quantity submission, quality submission makes more beneficial in quick time then quality submission. 

If you want to increase a perticular keyword ranking you must use keyword targeted techniques.In these i prefer to do blog commenting,Forum posting,and profile back links and guestbooks are the best.
