A hyper links are given to the anchor tags in the webpage,it is called Anchor text that page source contains anchor tags in hyper linked texts.In anchor text,if rel="nofollow" then link is created as nofollow links and rel="dofollow" then link is created as dofollow.

To check if links are nofollow or dofollow, it is easier to use the "NoDoFollow" plugin found in Mozilla Firefox.

you can add 3-4 keywords in title and promote over search engines.

you can use NoDoFollow firefox plugin, that will be good.
