1) Use only sites with PR Value 1 or above.
2) Skip Sites with External value 75 or above.
3) Skip sites with multiple comment pages (more than 2 comment pages in case of blogs and more than 5 comment pages in case of forums)
4) Skip sites that got multiple links in the same comment (more than 1 external link in the comment) and more than 2 such comments on the
page(including multiple link-out comments on other comment pages of the same post/ article).
5) Skip sites that are classified in bad neighborhood*.
6) Before posting comments/ html tag on sites, make sure you double check the HTML tag with html live checkers like thimble
