There are two ways to find blogs,
1. Manual search: Use Google's blog tab for finding such logs 'keyword'+dofollow
2. You can use some tool for finding such blogs. I use 'keyword Country' for finding my niche related .edu and .gov sites that accept blog commenting for backlinking.

Lots of blog commenting sites available on internet. Before two days I also need blog commenting sites for doing blog comment for my website. And I search lots of blog commenting sites from internet.

According to me blog commenting is useless in SEO because now a days plenty of are no follow and they crawl by Google . So, In this respect Blogs Commenting is useless.

Its very easy to find it according to your niche but the question is why we join forums. The answer is so simple "To teach something and to learn something from someone". Whenever I searched for sites to get backlinks from it according to my niche, most of the result doesn't have comment options.
