Where do I put my SEO keywords?

Start with placing keywords in the content first, along with this place on meta tags like (title, description).
Then use them on Heading and subheading like H1, H2, H3 etc. Alts tags on Images.

You can put SEO targeting keyword in Title tag, H1 heading and content as well.. buy don't repeat keywords as it don't make uniqueness for your webpage. You can use title and H1 heading and rest other places you use vary keywords similar to main keywords

I completely agree but keep one thing in mind that don't do stuffing
