Pogo sticking is a way to select an item from the search results, look at one page, then go back and select the next item in the search results and repeats this a number of times.

While pogo-sticking could sound like fun, no one enjoys clicking 3 totally different search results before finding what they were probing for. this sort of pogo-sticking happens once a web site ranks extremely however fails to satisfy the wants of individuals exploitation that search term.

Pogo-sticking is defined as going back and forth from a search engine results page (SERP) to
an individual search result destination site.
This means that when the searcher clicks on a link on a SERP, sees that it's not what he/she is
looking for immediately leaves by hitting the back button.
