Nokia X2 is really a nice and cheap phone with 5 mp camera also the sound is pretty good.

I have recently purchased Nokia C2-03 and its works great, you can also have a try.
It is an dual Sim, Multimedia phone with 2MP camera and inbuilt Nokia maps.

Also, I have use BlackBerry Curve 8530 since last 4 months. The device feels a bit light in the hand. It is constructed well but made with plastic. Also, Curve 8530 provides you with exciting multimedia options.

I found Blackberry 8520 Curve to be the cheap and very good smartphone from Blackberry with almost all the features

The LG  Optimus M is a good Android phone that they sell for $ 150, if you're ready to go for the  $ 169 Huawei Ascend TapouT Edition is better. I do not know if you consider  $ 299 expensive but that will make you their  best phone is the Samsung Galaxy pleasure.

I think Samsung Galaxy5 i5503 is the best and also affordable.

Blackberry Torch is a nice one, and combined with blackberry playbook even much nicer!

If you having not sufficient balance to buy costly and want to buy fully features cell phone, than forget brands of Black Berry, HTC and Apple. Go for Samsung and LG mobile brands for choosing best piece with good loaded features. You can checkout Samsung Wave series or Samsung Galaxy Y series, these all cells are effective in price or well featured.

I think  now in day HTC and Micromax are best and cheap  mobile phones  in market

If you do not have to use various function in your phone then there are many type of phone which provide you simple function with the cheapest price. Also there are many phone which contain various type of function but they are cheap. Such kind of mobile you can find out easily on the internet.

I think Samsung galaxy 2... It is best and affordable mobile phone. And it have various new function and feature...

I would go for Sony Ericsson, it has several phones that have quality prices and I am pretty sure that it can be used for a long period of time.
