I am doing SEO of my website since 3 months but I m not getting any result in search engine.So please tell me what should I do to get good ranking of my website in search engine?

I suggest you only be honest with your work and work hard, never use any block hat seo techniques for getting top ranking. You need to more quality work. Work only related topic and high PR sites.

As we know SEO needs time and you have mentioned in your post that from last 3 months you are working on an Website and you have not seen any good results in SERP listings . I recommend you to firstly kindly check your website indexing, Is it indexed on Google or not, if not you have to submit your site to Google search engine (google/add_url) first.

If you are working for a competitive keyword, 3 month period is nothing.  Keep going with your link building process and analyze what techniques your competitors adopt to improve their rank.

You will see the first changes after 3-4 weeks if you did all wrigth.

If you cant see changes after 3 month - you did something wrong, I think.

Seo can get you good rankings in longer time which are even stays for longer time. If you want rankings in shorter time you must prefer PPC.
