Google Personalized Search Results is a new feature of Google search in which Google will show results partially based on user's past search history.

For example, someone searching for "jaguar" will see results for the animal if they tend to search for information on animals, but will see results for the car if past searches centered on automotive information.

Here's official blogpost explaining as to how personalizes your results,

GPRS stands for General Packet Radio Service and is a second generation (2G) and third generation (3G) or sometimes referred to as in-between both generations, 2.5G--wireless data service that extends GSM data capabilities for Internet access, multimedia messaging services, and early mobile Internet applications via the wireless application protocol (WAP), as well as other wireless data services.
