Hello, I was diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder last month. I want to ask if there are natural remedies for anxiety? (like eating particular fruits,etc.) I'm considering changing my diet, since I've read in the internet that eating some foods will help you manage your anxiety. Do you guys have any recommendations on what I should eat and what I should not eat?
Avoid drinking coffee as it can trigger the anxiety. Replace it with chamomile tea at least 3 cups a day. It helps promote relaxation. Canned fish like tuna are rich in omega-3 fatty acid. It eases symptoms of anxiety disorders too.
