Have you been able to get login to work? (i.e. download pages behind password protection.) If not, please check this website download login guide. The easiest thing is really to login with FireFox having enabled Live HTTP Headers. Then copy what is sent into appropriate field in A1 Website Download. (That method is also described in earlier mentioned link.)

If you can get the pages behind password protection, then by far most videos should be downloaded as well. (Only exception is live video streaming and alike, but that is a tiny minority.)

You may be running in "Easy mode" if you can't find the option:
http://www.microsystools.com/products/website-download/help/easy-website-download-mode/

Then check the login tutorial again:
http://www.microsystools.com/products/website-download/help/website-scan-login/

Point 4)
Shows where to insert your HTTP headers in A1 Website Download
(Scan website > Crawler identification)

Point 6)
how to get headers from FireFox / Live HTTP Headers

If you can't get it working, feel free to email support with your project file :) That is probably the best solution in your case! :)
