I have been running an AdWord campaign. It was optimized well and was giving good ROI. My competitor was unable to outrank my ads due to good quality score and optimization. Suddenly, he started clicking my ads. He exhausted all the daily budget within the first few hours. He is changing IP frequently. What to do now?
