Black hat is considered as unethical techniques used to get high ranking in search engines.Keyword stuffing is the intentional overuse of a particular term or phrase in hopes of achieving higher search engine rankings for that term or phrase. These methods can be very effective, and can actually work much quicker than white hat methods, but only if you are absolutely sure you know what you're doing.

Link Juice is Google money or it might as well be for without it you're a worthless ranker. Link Juice is how Google rates or ranks the quality, relevance, and popularity of your site. Google considers this type of link to be a lot more important because of the law of self interest. Obviously the site linking to you considers you an appropriate reference and decided to give you credit out of the kindness of their heart.

Keyword density is the percentage of times a word or phrase appears on a website compared to the other words in the text. You need to ensure that your keyword density does not exceed 5% and you also need to bear in mind that the search engines will require the keyword to be used appropriately, which means in normal language and not randomly scattered on the page.

Keyword Stuffing is using your keywords too often on your web page. It is quite literally stuffing the keyword in as often as you can in the hope that your page will rank high with the search engines. It happens when you use keywords, linking structures, tags and other means of optimization on your site that has no relevance to the website's content or purpose.
