I have created a lot of backlinks by doing SEO off-page activities but I have seen many of them are not indexed by Google when I checked them at Google. I want to is there any way to index them quickly by doing some additional activities for back links?

I am seeing a lot of URLs of my websites are appearing within GSC under coverage in the What is Discovered - currently not indexed tab, I don't know how to index these URLs as these URLs are important for my websites. please suggest me solution to this issue.
