Hi guys,
I know that a link from a relevant, high PR site could be really helpful, but what if the page which links to your site doesn't have a PR? Let's say; there is a PR5 site and it links to your site in an inner page which doesn't have a PR. How will Google consider this link? Will it be considered a high PR link or an ordinary link? I'd like to get your opinions on this. Thanks in advance.

I know that Alexa rank is essential for a site as it helps to sell banners and links. I want Alexa Rank 1000 (and not 1,000,000) for promoting my site and placing it in the banners. I was told that Alexa only considers people who have incorporated the Alexa rank toolbar. I want to rank high now. Some advised me to add Alexa widget on the site, and make others visit this site and rate it. Also, put Alexa Redirects on the site, post it in Asian social networking websites, and have the Google Campaign qualified for the website owners because this will increase the traffic and increase the ranking. Are these tips appropriate to use?

Black Hat SEO tactics are practices used by unethical SEO companies, and online marketing sites to trick search engines into giving them a higher ranking than they deserve. Black Hat SEO delivers fast results, but is ultimately very bad news for the users. So why is Black Hat SEO frowned upon, if it works (albeit temporarily)? Black Hat tactics are considered unethical, because they almost always break the rules of search engines. In addition to that, sites that use Black Hat SEO techniques make for a near universally bad user experience. There also some pretty severe repercussions for using Black Hat techniques. When search engines discover that these methods are being used, they will often block those sites from search results, rendering the site essentially useless.
