I wanted to start a discussion about your preferences about using blogs or forums. I prefer both for different goals.

Both forums posting and blog commenting are good to improve the page rank and quality traffic towards our website. You can use both the techniques for better search result.

I preferred blog in compare to forum submission. Actually they both are really good for increasing back links. In blog creating we need fresh and unique content. We should get higher benefits if we have grab links from low OBL sites.
