Google Penguin Update, lots of websites is badly affected by these effects. Some webmaster has made changes in site including change in content, anchor linking, keywords stuffing, quality links etc to decrease the effect of Google Penguin Update. Some webmaster turned to new site and are optimizing site according google guidelines and rules. But some webmaster still in the dark and fighting penguin effects. If your site also affected by these effects, please share, which method did you choose? Either turned to new site or still fighting these penguin effects.

I am not clearly understanding, What do you want to say? "301 redirect is popular. "

My website is not affected by Penguin but of my friend's website was affected by it. So he changed all his website content and design. He is trying to contact webmasters of some websites by whom he got spammy back-links so that he remove those links from his website.
