How can I exclude Pinterest from Google image results?

If you're using Google Chrome there is a nifty extension that does this trick: Personal Blocklist (by Google) After installing this search for something on Google and then find a Pinterest search result. Below the result you will see a "Block pinterest.com" option. Click it and refresh the search page and Voila all the pinterest results would have disappeared.
