How to optimize the page?
Do proper keyword research
Set the Title and Description properly and also optimize as per the guidelines
Content, an important part of the webpage (consider keyword in your content and content should be unique, fresh and relevant).
Speed of the page (page loading speed should be fast)
Design of the page (Design of the page should be user-friendly)
URLs should be user-friendly and SEO friendly
Images should be optimized too (all images should have the alt tag)
Internal links on the page (provide internal links on the page if some are relevant to the page)
Outbound link (you can also use the outbound links as reference if needed)

How to Optimize Blog Post?
Be more specific what you are going to publish
Do not publish anything without proper research
Write in simple English and also give the examples or references.
Use images or infographics to hold the user's attention (grabbing users attention is not enough)
Internal links, Keyword research, outbound links are similar to the page optimization.
