I want to know from all you people the reasons of ranking down. Still nothing has been happened but it is better for me and also for others to know the these reasons. Please guys help me to know this.

Are you referring to Google Penguin update (around 24th April following the 19th Panda update?) -

if so, as far as I have concluded:
* Unnatural backlinks and anchor text
* exact-match-domains got devalued

But noone except Google knows for sure.
