Organic is getting traffic without paying and paid is getting traffic by the mode of paying to third party sites.

Organic search is based on unpaid results, that means you get traffic to your website without paying the money. Paid results you have to pay to have your website displayed.

The page views come directly through SERP and not through any off page optimization is known as organic results. Organic search results are the web page listings that most closely match the user's search query based on relevance. Also known as "natural" search results.
