I'm working with a site on BigCommerce and was directed to use this software since Screaming Frog didn't seem to be able to find all of the site's images. I've run a1 for images and only got a couple dozen images; for videos I got none. Any suggestions? The URL is spellbinderspaperarts.com

It is possible your website/webserver is throttling the crawler when scanning from your IP address... Try set the max simultaneous connections down to only two in "Scan website | Crawler engine"
