You could get your internal links from a software known as xenu. Just make an html file of it. And then add it your site database. Secondly there a xml site map add it to webmaster tool so that crawler easily visit to your website.
You can use this tool xml-sitemaps.com/ to generate the sitemap. Just enter website URL and you will get the sitemap. Then add it to your website. It will hardly take few minutes.

After getting site map, You just put this code in to your footer. It is very easy and it will not take more time or skill. You can reply if you get any query.
to create a sitemap in the format Google and other search engines accept is really illusionary and confusing to many new webmasters, even after reading all the guidelines and support center advice given by these search engines in their web pages.
