We currently do not have any tool that analyzes/compares backlinks of websites.

Latest version of A1 Website Analyzer (released for Windows, coming for Mac very soon) can also integrate data collected from its own crawl with data found in log files - useful to see which URLs have been crawled by GoogleBot and which pages may be "orphans" (i.e. not linked internally) - it will be added to the guide soon
