I don't know if this is the right category.
I wanted to check how my site was ranked #1 on Google Search and used site:mysite.com, and what I discovered is truly terrible. I saw that Google has indexed hundreds of links and posts that have not been created and do not exist on my site.

Now I have two questions:

    How is something like this possible?
    What is the best method to remove harmful links from Google's index?

P.S. I noticed that Bing no longer has my site indexed at all.
