State the difference between 'nofollow' and 'dofollow' link?

The only technical difference between the two is that a nofollow link has a nofollow tag. As a user, it's impossible to tell the difference between a nofollow and dofollow link. However, they ONLY count dofollow links in their algorithm. In fact, according to Google, nofollow links don't pass any PageRank.

DoFollow: instructs the search bot to follow the link and attempt to index the content at the target URL as normal.
NoFollow: Instructs the search bot not to follow the link. Additionally, instructs the search bot that this link should not be counted as an 'upvote' for the targeted URL.

Nofollow links do not pass Link juice and have no impact on Google Ranking Algorithm. Dofollow link passes link juice and has an impact on Google Ranking Algorithm.

Do follow and no follow are link attributes and contain instructions for search engine robots. Do follow links are crawled and indexed in search engines whereas no follow links are never crawled and indexed in search engines.

No follow is the link which we wont get link juice, DO- Follow is the link which we will get the link juice
