How is it possible to use full flash page and that do not take much time in loading..?

If you are downloading .swf files directly from the third websites, you don't have any option to optimize its speed or there can be option for editing in flash and compress the original image file.

Actually flash website always takes more loading time and some time flash images and pages are avoided to decrease the loading time on a website. But there is an option to speeden  up a flash site and for that you can break one large .swf into many smaller .swf files. By doing this , the site takes less loading time and you can manage your flash page easily.
