             There are many ways to create websites like PHP java, .Net, Photoshop, Flash etc. But my question is that in b/w photoshop & flash, which is better for us?.

Flash provide you advance functionality of designing than Photoshop.

HTML 5 based websites are better then flash websites because SEO of flash websites is not possible, it is hard to index in a search engine and it has also many other demerits. The other big problem with Flash on websites is that it affects the usability of your site. Everything has to be coded correctly or the visitor will end up seeing nothing. In addition things like the back button don't work unless you add extra code.
