When I use the Download tool, the resulting image files don't have the same file names as they do on the server.
Is it possible to download the images and keep the file names the same?

If the image file names uses characters not allowed in the file system (e.g. Windows file system) then the file gets renamed.

(one can then discuss if the renaming mechanism is ideal, but the problem of using a naming system which simply removes illegal characters is that two different files then can end up having the same name.)
