Today, Management courses come in a variety of shapes and sizes that are designed to take into account diverse student backgrounds and requirements. The primary difference between these programs is the level of student work experience. The cohort group in most residential programs consists of students in their mid- twenties with nominal work experience. the course itself will have been tailored to your organisations needs: the objectives will have been agreed with your line management and all of the subjects covered will be those considered important to your organisation's future success. This means that at the end of the course all of the actions on your action plan will be relevant and important not only for you but for your organisation.
