My website is related to templates, I have fresh quality content on my website without stuffing, proper on-page.

There are many off page activities available but Blogging is a good off page technique but make sure that you have to create fresh, informative and hand written content for post on your blog because duplicate content is hate by search engines and your website will never get good result on search engine result page because of using duplicate content so it is better that create unique and most relevant content and set your targeted keyword in it with your website link is best way to get back link from blog as well as because of good content you will get good result. You can also create different blogs in different platform such as blogger, wordPress, Blog.com, edublog etc and create link wheels in it. 

Yes, proper on page is also important for getting good and fast result. Ensure about your site meta tags, title tags, description, etc. Because of Google bot crawl title tag and meta tags fast.
