Title: Do you use paid directories?
Post by: kingage21 on May 31, 2011, 09:19:52 AM
I have some questions that I would like to raise to some directory owners. I just want to learn if there are some good directories that could be helpful in my submission. I have noticed that there are some directories that have directories that have much editorial listings compared to the submissions. What is really the purpose of having the website? Currently it is becoming hard to be listed on directories because of the very expensive rate they are offering. Why do you think that this is happening? Did you ever try paying for a directory?

Links from authority paid-directories are enormously useful (in producing trust) particularly if your website is moderately newer in an aggressive niche. Google and other search-engines really give particular value to these backlinks as they are leader in nature. In further words, Authority paid-directories utilize human editors to analysis a site before considering inclusion.

A good way that you an improve your search result ranking is for you to improve the popularity of your links. You are in a position to do this by listing in some paid web directory. You can use this directory to promote your internet site and whatever products you may be selling. But again, not every business products directory is made identical way as the other and there are some ways that you can tell a high-quality one from a bad one.

No, I have never used paid directories for submission, I always prefer free directory submission. I agree that it takes time to get benefits of directory submission, but the results are really great.

I do not use them at all but a lot of companies do and they can work. Just research them first and also check out the links before you pay.

I think paid directories are best instead of wasting your time and money on free directories.
So my vote goes for paid directories.

Personally , I don't use paid directories because google doesn't want paid links. You are only wasting your time and money in paid directories. Instead, try link baiting and other more natural ways of building links for SEO.

I have used web directory. Web directory is the web site that finds categories and lists of the links to other resources on the World Wide Web. And owners of the website can submit their site to such directories for such review and inclusion.
