Ok..But i want to know how we can use this or what is the way of doing Guest Posting...?

If a blogger allows posting in his blog, he will also allow leaving a link (as a rule, a do follow one) back to your site. Such links are considered high quality and natural. Moreover, visitors and readers will also visit your blog or website following the link and will help you generate traffic to your site.

Search those blogs which are related to your website or business give them the content what they want to get link back to your site indeed. That is very useful in SEO.
