There are multiple ways of getting backlinks for your website but when it comes to quality links guest posting is the best method to do so.
Guest posting on high DA sites transfers the maximum link juice which increases your ranking.
FInding high DA sites for your website is a difficult task but it can be easily done by using blogger outreach services (https://www.globexoutreach.com/blogger-outreach-service/).
