Oh come on, man. Web 2.0 is dead! And so is PBN! I mean, it may help, but just a little bit. It really doesn't worth the effort to build web 2.0 and/or PBN to boost SEO. And with recent Google algorithm updates, more often than not it will hurt your ranking.

In this way or technique, you can share your content via HubPages, Squidoo, blog sites, etc. When reference a Web 2.0 for backlinking you're referring to sites where users create the content.
