What is benefits of No-Follow linking ..?

No follow is a link attribute that instructs spiders not to crawl the particular backlink on the webpage. Hence these links are never indexed in search engines. They are only used to build traffic from various external webpages.

Many people overlooked no follow links in which they cannot pass link juice from authority sites and these site owners as well as webmasters are taking advantage on the do follow links. However Google is aware on using do follow links solely on the site to increase rankings.

Google just crawl the do follow link and count just do follow link as a back links.so no follow link cannot give back links to your site.you can get traffic from the no follow link.

No follow links also have its own preference. If you create back links with both do-follow and no-follow tag. The links should look natural and it happens only when a website have a mixing of links with both tags.

No follow links too take its particular preference. If you make back links with together "do-follow" and "no-follow" tag. The links would look normal and it occurs only after a website have a mixing of links through together tags ( No-follow as well as Do follow ).
Making only "do-follow" links will direct spam indications to Google around a website. So it is suggested to create links after together tags for usual method to Google.
