What is link wheel?

I think in link wheel we try to divert visitor where we want,  like we have some good blog and we want when a visitor read our blog where he get a link to visit next blog like wheel rotation.

You build up various web 2.0 propertires (wordpress etc.)

site A links money +  B, site B links money +  C, site C links money +  A

After updation,Link wheel is consider as SPAM.So we should avoid it....

If your content is not fresh, you are gonna hit by Google, but if you have fresh and orginal contant nothing happens. link wheel is good thing,but if you are a spammer than you have to be careful.
