Google Disavow is the only tool which you can use to remove bad or toxic links to your site. But I suggest before doing disavow you need to do manual work for removing the bad link by contacting the webmaster of the particular site from where you are having backlink to your site.

Aside from the popular Disavow tool, you can contact the site owner or the admin of the website you want to request for removal of your link.
