What is the difference between Clicks and Visits?

Clicks: It indicates the number of times user clicks on your ad.
Visits: It indicates the number of unique sessions associated with each of the visitor.

An ad can be clicked several times by the same  visitor which results in several clicks to be recorded.                     
     
A visit made by a unique visitor is recorded only once in a single session.(Session is of 30  minutes.)

When a user hit the website known as click and browse the site known as visits.

Clicks indicate the number of times a user clicks on your ad. Visits indicate the number of unique sessions associated with each of the visitors. Google Adwords tracks click. Google Analytics tracks visit.

Clicks can be understood as action performed on a site or a particular product while the spending of time by users on a site is called visit.
