Can we make more than one youtube video channel in youtube site with one account? Suppose I want to make 5 youtube channels then, I will have to create 5 different accounts on youtube or single account is enough to create 5 different youtube channels?

u can have as many YouTube channels as you'd like. Unfortunately, you have to have a separate YouTube account for each and every one of them.

I have only one account on you tube, and no need to more.

No, you can't make more than one you tube channel with one account.You have to create different account for each channel.
