Hey Google organic means traffic coming directly form Google.com whereas referral means traffic coming to your blog or site from referral site i.e if you have submitted it to some your niche site then traffic been coming through that site to your blog or website.

From my knowledge Google organic is from normal google search results where they click to your site and Google referral is from Google.com but your site is listed under another site like a directory, local pages, or another website in the SERPS that has a link to yours in the Google results.

1. No..Organic search results are different from sponsored results. Sponsored listing are paid advertising and you can check under "paid" traffic in Google analytics.

2. Clicking on any ad (sponsored listing) will not be counted as organic traffic.

Web traffic which comes from unpaid listing at search engines or directories is commonly known as "organic" traffic.

A referral occurs when any hyperlink is clicked that takes a user to a new page of file in any website - the originating site is the referrer.

IF you see that the traffic is coming from the referred link then this is called Google referral and if all the traffic is coming directly from the visitors and from the free link visitors this is called Google organic.
