For me Comparing the both two would not be genuine Because Google is Search engine where as Yahoo as web portal.

I actually agree with you. Yahoo and Bing. Even when I go to the search called 'All (the net) I still get irritating irrelevant information. I have been satisfied with Yahoo and Bing in spite of what others say. I've decided to try and stay away from 'google' as much as possible for anything.
