I'm having some trouble with my webmaster for my site.
Its coming up with 2 error that i do not know how to fix.
they are as follows:

Googlebot couldn't access your URL because the request timed out or because your site is blocking Google. Dynamic pages may be taking too long to load, or your site may be blocking Googlebot.
The other is the same as this.
My site doesn't have a feed that i know of, so i dont see the problem!
Take a look at the site @ www.inslibrary.com (http://www.inslibrary.com)
1) maybe temporary timeout and solved itself?
2) delete URL or remove links to error URL?
3) Update your sitemap?
Whatever sitemap generator you use (if A1 Sitemap Generator, please ask in the specific support forum for that) , it probably included he URL because it found a link to it (at a time where the URL did not time out)
Try to work with any developers. Any PHP web develper can solve this easily.
