login with your gmail
Click on "Add a site"
Enter the domain name / URL of your Jimdo site
Copy the code you may get as an HTML tag.
Paste the code in your site Jimdo in Menu ->  Settings -> Change the HEAD
confirm with search console
Your site will verify

You have to add Google webmaster code in the header section of the website.
