Actually, Initially My website designed in ASP.net. But now I changed this in PHP. Almost all aspx pages removed from google, but one page still remaining in google search (www.websitedesigncompany.net.au/ecommercesolution.aspx), I have removed this page via google webmaster, but it is still in google database.
Even, My new URL (http://www.websitedesigncompany.net.au/ecommerce_solution.php) is in google search. Now, I have two Pages in google search, one is old (aspx page) and second is new (php page). I want; only new php page will be remaining in google. I have redirected odd page on new page via .htaccess file. Google webmaster account also showing soft 404 errors due to this URL (www.websitedesigncompany.net.au/ecommercesolution.aspx). How can I delete old aspx page from google?
Just wait few days after 2 or 3 indexing your page are disabling at Google search results and only showing .php pages
After some days Google remove automatically old page in search.
You need to wait for sometime unless next indexing or crawling.

Dear, more than 6 months has been gone. But this page: www.websitedesigncompany.net.au/ecommercesolution.aspx still in Google Search.
