I think there is a lot that goes into a healthy lifestyle but I think like others have said; it's about eating healthy and staying active. Some people are further active than others but as long as you are doing something active and not sitting all day along with a excellent diet I think you'll be fine. Morning walk and swimming it helps to improve the health and lifestyle.

Well food is must for living to everyone rather it is human or wilds. I like fast food but I always take it as per my requirement because I am so health concious. We should take care of our self and so take a food as per the body requirement. We should take a nutritious food for our good health to live long.
