Your description should be at least 250 words long.
Include your keywords within the first 25 words (eg, in the first sentence)
Repeat your keyword ("naturally") about 3-4 times.

Your Youtube video thumbnail isn't a ranking factor that YouTube uses directly, but it still has a huge impact on your SEO

Yes and no. Outgoing back-links on YouTube contain "no follow" code. This renders YouTube channels useless for building back-links to directly affect page rankings of an outside website. A popular video channel on YouTube may not directly affect your website rankings, but there will be an increase in traffic to your site.

This may result in more clicks, link-backs, comments, etc., which can then increase the ranking of the site in key word searches. Because of this increased traffic, your popular YouTube video can indirectly have a very positive effect on your website rankings.

This means that Google loves to promote Youtube videos and websites with Youtube links on them. Why wouldn't you want to promote your own product, especially if there are advertisements on there? Websites that feature YouTube video links tend to be ranked higher than those without. Trying to beat Google isn't easy!
