Below are some things in which you would need help of web developer to implement your website structure SEO friendly or more optimized for search engine.

Single page URL for home page and redirect the entire different version to chosen one.

Convert dynamic URL to static one with use of URL rewriting technique and make sure that header of old page which was redirected fires 301 status code.

Analyze the requirement and create architecture sub folder or sub domain. These are two main options for defining architecture of your pages; choose one with after understanding the actual requirement of marketing and benefits in maintaining site in each one.

Utilize the cache memory and optimize website speed. Certain database query which get repeated every time page loads or files which require downloading on every new request, those can be stored in cache memory to perform operation speedy.

Please let me know the advantage and disadvantage of both dynamic and static URL.Also describe please which one is best or seo friendly?

You cant categorize them because both are good but you may categorize search engine friendly URL's and not friendly URL's.

Hello..
Your link structure should be crawlable.Shorter Url will be better.Use hyphens to separate words.Go with static url...:)
