hello everyone, i m SEO by profession. Recently i choose keyword for my site and have a doubt about it. My question is- how many keywords we can take in meta keywords???

There is some idea about adding keyword in Meta keyword tag:-
1)   Keyword must be in between 200 t0 300 characters
2)   Don't add same keyword again
3)   Put keyword that exits in the Title & Description

You can take 250 characters and 20 words of your Meta keywords. You can include all your main keywords in Meta. Google does not give much importance of Meta keywords but yahoo, bing search engine include them therefore when you optimizing your site related to yahoo or any other search engine, then do it properly.

we can use keywords that we used in keywords in title and description.

Meta keyword tag is least important, you can put 6-7 relevant keywords in meta keywords.

You have to use 6 to 7 keywords for better results.

I think about you can use at least one keyword in meta title and meta description and also you must use keyword or relevant keyword in meta keyword.

no matter if you put it or dont put it search engines are not going to follow them

In these days google gives importance to unique title rather then meta tags . But as an seo point of view you can put 7 to 9 keywords into meta tags. It should be a 250 to 350 characters long.

I have read many post of meta keyword and keyword phrase. It is very important for a Website/ blog. But i can not understand how many keywords and phrases i will use in my meta Keyword? Can any one suggest me!

according to me you can add 5 to 7 keywords in meta keywords as per google guidelines .

There is no set number since the search engines don't use that meta tag to rank sites. Put as many as you feel you need and put them in order of importance.But I limit myself to 10, don't put to much effort here, you can spend your time elsewhere and get more trafic.

There are no any specific limit that how many keywords can be added into Meta Keyword Tag, but I would like to suggest you that you can add around 5 to 7 keywords in Meta Keyword Tag. Less than 8 is better, its not a rule but I have experienced it that is why I suggest you to go with this. No put too many keywords or texts in Meta Details because it may violate Google Content policy.
